1 Eligibility and Age Verification
The following eligibility requirements must be met to create an account on the 7dbd platform and participate in any form of betting or gaming:

- You must be a real individual — creating an account on behalf of a legal entity, corporation, or organisation is not permitted.
- The payment method you use (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) must be registered in your own name.
- You may not be located in any jurisdiction where online gaming is completely prohibited.
- 7dbd employees, their family members, or close associates are not eligible to participate on the platform.
2 Account Registration and Management
When registering an account on 7dbd, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Please keep the following in mind:
- Each person may create only one account. If the same person holds multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and the balance may be forfeited.
- It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) confidential.
- You must notify 7dbd support immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
- For identity verification (KYC), you may be required to submit relevant documents including a national ID card or passport.
- If false information is provided, the account will be closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.
- The account is non-transferable — allowing a third party to use your account is prohibited.
3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
The following rules apply to financial transactions on the 7dbd platform:
- Minimum deposit: ৳100 per method. Available methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳800. Withdrawals generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to complete.
- Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name. Use of third-party accounts is strictly prohibited.
- Identity verification and fulfilment of bonus wagering requirements are mandatory before a withdrawal request is processed.
- 7dbd reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold for suspicious transactions until verification is complete.
- All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
The bonuses and promotional offers on 7dbd are subject to the following terms:
- Welcome bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit up to ৳5,000. A 25x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.
- Bonus funds must meet the specified wagering requirements before withdrawal. No withdrawal is accepted before the wagering requirements are fulfilled.
- Each bonus offer has its own validity period and terms, which will be clearly communicated at the time the offer is announced.
- Misuse of bonuses or attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in account closure.
- 7dbd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules
The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activities on the 7dbd platform:
- The outcome of each bet and win/loss result will be considered final according to 7dbd's system.
- If a game is interrupted midway due to a technical error, 7dbd may offer a bet refund or the opportunity to replay where applicable.
- Winnings resulting from a software or system error will be considered void and 7dbd is not obligated to pay out such amounts.
- In sports betting (cricket BPL, IPL, T20, etc.), if an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
- Gaming session history and records are retained and treated as authoritative evidence in dispute resolution.
- Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used on 7dbd to ensure fair play.
6 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7dbd platform:
- Money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity.
- Placing bets using software bots, scripts, or automated methods.
- Attempting to claim bonus benefits by creating multiple accounts.
- Attempting unauthorised access to the platform's systems, servers, or network.
- Harassing, threatening, or behaving inappropriately toward other users.
- Attempting to influence game outcomes through any fraudulent method.
- Conducting transactions using a third-party account.
- Operating an account by concealing identity or providing false information.
Involvement in any of the above activities will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and legal action where applicable.
Additional Provisions
7 Account Suspension and Closure
7dbd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:
- If any provision of these Terms is violated.
- If the information provided is found to be false or misleading.
- If identity verification fails or required documents are not submitted.
- If suspicious or unusual transaction patterns are observed.
- For security reasons or in response to a legal obligation.
Users may also close their account voluntarily. In that case, the support team must be informed via live chat or email. All pending transactions and wagering requirements must be fulfilled before closure.

11 Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises between 7dbd and a user, it will be resolved through the following process:

- The support team will endeavour to provide an initial response within 72 hours of receiving the complaint.
- If the dispute remains unresolved, the 7dbd management team will review the matter.
- In resolving any dispute, 7dbd's system logs and records will be treated as the final evidence.
- 7dbd's decision in dispute resolution will be considered final and binding.
Complaint submission deadline: complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the date of the incident. Complaints raised after this period may not be accepted.
